Due to the severe deterioration and corrosion of the existing drain pipes, which had begun leaking wastewater into the crawlspace, it was determined that a full replacement of the drain lines was necessary. Two drain lines were completely replaced — one running from the kitchen to the main sewer line, and the second from the laundry area to the main line.
To complete this work, sections of the walls were carefully opened from the opposite side to access the piping. The new drain lines were securely connected to the existing metal vent system using approved rubber coupling connections and properly tied into the main sewer line.
Upon completion of the plumbing work, all wall openings were professionally restored, including drywall repair, patching, finishing, and painting to return the areas to their original condition.
