The homeowner decided to replace the existing tankless water heater with a similar unit of larger capacity and higher output. In order to complete the installation, it was necessary to fully reconfigure the water supply lines as well as the outlet piping connected to the water heater. The venting connection above the unit also had to be modified.
We replaced the existing CPVC piping with new CPVC pipes and also replaced the existing copper piping, since the dimensions and connection points of the new water heater did not match those of the previous unit. After installation, we configured the water heater controls through the homeowner’s phone via Wi-Fi and provided a warranty for our work.
